John E. Williams III
President CEO/Founder
Mr. Williams started his music career at the age of sixteen as a disc jockey in the city of San Francisco.
At the age of nineteen and for the next sixteen years Mr. Williams traveled behind the scenes with top R&B and Rock and Roll bands as a top line tour/production manager and stage designer, winning two awards with Performance Magazine. He is the founder of Jazz for the Homeless and Musicians Against AIDS, which was the US representative for Freddy Mercury Trust. He also was the President for ARD Records.
At the age of thirty-five Mr. Williams got interested in Broadway and since that time he was with three shows and for the past ten years worked on A Class with Broadway to help educate teenagers about Broadway.

Dawn Cato
Vice President/Secretary
Born and raised in the San Francisco bay area,
Ms. Cato in the past, had been involved in Children's Theatre, Acting and appeared in Newspapers, Magazines and various TV Commercials.
Through the years, her hopes and dreams of granting the opportunity to create a motivational impact, for the youth in America and to offer her dedication to this exceptional crusade of opening the doors of the Performing Arts to so many that have never seen a performance, live on stage and to show the importance of how our culture needs to keep the Performing Arts alive and well in society .
Dawn once pointed out that without the Performing Arts part of our culture dies and that is a vital part to our human existence We must keep it alive and educate our future generation to the fullest lengths possible.
Ms. Cato is proud and honored to be a part of this project as Vice President/Secretary.
Dawn is involved in the Social Media Consultant department, Ms. Cato has reached out to thousands and executed a profound impression with this project to many interested in the performing arts and the Department of Education, health and welfare for our children.
